We are happy to provide an in-person 1/2 hour complimentary consultation to discuss our services, tools and process.  An additional 1/2 hour ($100) can be added to conduct a transcript review and answer questions specific to the student. 



Comprehensive start to finish college advising:


  • 12th grade: Comprehensive services for the senior year can include any or all of the following: family intake interview, assistance with completing applications, essays, recommendations, interviews, planning college visits, and final college decision-making.  Unlimited hours.


  • 11th through 12th grades: Services begin in the fall or spring of the junior year and can include any or all of the following: family intake interview, academic planning, test advising, development of the college list, assistance with college applications, essays, recommendations, interviews, planning college visits, career exploration, final college decision making.   Unlimited hours.

     

  • 10th through 12th grades: Services begin sophomore year and can include any or all of the following: family intake interview, academic planning, test advising, development of a college list, assistance with college applications, essays, recommendations, interviews, planning college visits, career exploration, final college decision making.  Unlimited hours.


  • 9th through 12th grades: Services begin freshman year and can include any or all of the following: family intake interview, academic planning, test advising, development of a college list, recruiting advisement, assistance with college applications, essays, recommendations, interviews, planning college visits, career exploration, final college decision making.  Unlimited hours.


*Dual application programs, such as in the fine arts and guaranteed admissions, will

be capped at 20 hours senior year, after which the hourly rate will apply.

Hourly options - the following packages are based on minimum hours:


  • 12th grade – 10 hours
  • 11th grade – 5 hours
  • 9th and 10th grades – single hours, as needed
  • Transfer students – 3 and 5 hour packages
